Elektra Women’s Choir
Elektra Women’s Choir from Vancouver, Canada has been a leader among women’s choirs since 1987. Its mandate is “to inspire and lead in the choral art form through excellence in performance and the creation, exploration, and celebration of women’s repertoire.” The 45-voice adult choir is known for its adventurous programming, seeking out music written specifically for women and frequently commissioning and recording new works.
EnChor Choir
EnChor Choir is a 60-voice, auditioned SATB ensemble for mature voices, based in Vancouver, Canada. EnChor draws on the strong musical background and depth of experience of its members to produce programs which engage the singers and audiences in choral music. The choir’s season is anchored by three major public concerts, from which music is also shared in monthly performances in care homes.
